What happened

Taiwan's National Science and Technology Center for Disaster Reduction published this official public alert covering the Taipei / New Taipei area. The alert is area-wide; it is not tied to a single address. Original notice (Chinese): “東北季風影響，今(14日)晚至明(15)日基隆北海岸、大臺北及東北部地區有局部大雨發生的機率，請注意。”
