What happened

Taiwan's National Science and Technology Center for Disaster Reduction published this official public alert covering the Taipei / New Taipei area. The alert is area-wide; it is not tied to a single address. Original notice (Chinese): “東北季風影響及對流雲系發展旺盛，易有短延時強降雨，今(15)日東北部地區及新北山區有局部大雨發生的機率，請注意強陣風。”
